Amend Constitution of USA: Corporations shall NOT pay money, directly or indirectly, to political campaigns, candidates, seated politicians, or former politicians. Corporations shall pay for all Health Care of every worker no matter how many hours that worker provides. Unless specifically enumerated in the Law, Corporations have no natural or common law Rights.
The Supremes of the Court have ruled that, according to the Constitution of USA, Corporations are Persons and, thusly, they are forthwith emancipated from all chains binding them concerning their Freedom of Speech exercised in buying politicians, like you and I would buy a sack of potatoes. Yep. That’s what the Chief Justice wrote about.
The Chief Justice says Corporations may buy politicians. The conclusion is unequivocal. Given such a condition the only way out is to amend the Constitution of USA is some manner. That is what Root Cause Analysis says. When faced with a lack of proper wording in the Constitution, the obvious answer is to amend the wording of that Constitution in some sensible manner.
